Club Membership Application

Existing Club Members

If you are an existing club Member, please sign in before renewing your membership as there may be different membership rates/types for new vs. renewing members. If you forgot your username or password, click here.

All are welcome to join the RF&P Model Railroaders, Inc. in support of our charitable mission promoting Model Railroading.  Dues are $24 per year (Prorated monthly, new members only) for adults 18 and over. Minor children under 18 and adults under guardianship are free with a paying adult/guardian member and are considered non voting affiliates.  Our organization utilizes this portal to maintain membership information.  You are encouraged to fill out the application and pay online at this membership portal to save volunteer time.

 PAYMENTS: There are 3 ways to pay you dues. 
 

  • Your Paypal account:  just click the paypal banner and log into your paypal account and pay as usual.
     
  • Credit cards as a paypal guest.  Click the Paypal banner, they will require an email to send the receipt, then enter your credit cards information and UNCHECK the CREATE PAYPAL account, and continue as GUEST.
  • Check payable to the RF&P M.R. Inc. and mail to: RF&P M.R. Inc., P.O. Box 2122 Ashland, VA 23005.  Please include your website username.
     

If you are unable to fill out this application online, you may download from the menu, above left, the application, print and complete, then write a check payable to the RF&P M.R. Inc. and mail to: RF&P M.R. Inc., P.O. Box 2122 Ashland, VA 23005.
 

Once you have joined the RF&PMR, you are eligible to apply for membership in one or more of our special interest groups (SIGs) with which you would like to participate.  Each SIG has their own specific membership requirements where your application will be reviewed. As part of the review process, you will be asked to attend a monthly meeting for introductions and orientation to the SIGs rules and regulations.  You will be informed of your application status subsequent to your orientation meeting.

 

Club Membership Period

New members can pay an annual fee of $24 pro-rated on a monthly basis at application.  SIG dues and the available periods of payment are determined by the SIGs.

PAYPAL TAB: PAYPAL account is NOT REQUIRED to pay through paypal as a GUEST with a credit card.

Fixed Date Membership Period

Fixed date memberships expire at the end of the membership period regardless of when you apply.

Membership in the RF&P Model Railroaders, Inc. is required to participate in the numerous Special Interest Groups (SIGs).  Each SIG sets their own fees based on their specific requirements.
